At Hyara, each piece is lovingly made only after your order is placed — handcrafted just for you. This means we do not accept returns for change of mind, as every order is uniquely created and not held in stock.
However, we deeply care about your happiness and satisfaction. If you receive a:

Damaged or defective product
…we’re truly sorry and we’ll make it right. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@hyara.in with:

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps — whether it’s a replacement, minor correction, or in rare cases, a refund.
⏰ When will I get my order?
• It typically takes 7 to 15 Business Days to handcraft your garment (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• For customizations or during festive seasons, it might take a bit longer — we’ll keep you informed.
🧵 Where are my products manufactured?
Every Hyara piece is proudly designed and handcrafted in-house at our workshop in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Our manufacturing is done entirely in-house, allowing us to maintain full control over quality & craftsmanship.
🚚 How much does shipping cost?
Within India:
Tamil Nadu: ₹90
Rest of India: ₹120
These rates cover most single-item orders and are calculated based on weight. The final shipping amount will be visible at checkout.
International Orders:
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, product weight, and parcel dimensions. You’ll see the exact cost calculated at checkout before placing your order.
